The ECE Society ‘ANUVRAT’ has been established to motivate the students towards the research and development works in the field of Electronics and Communication. An environment of enthusiasm toward technology and innovation is promoted here for the young minds of NIT Sikkim to think out of the box and lead to new discoveries and inventions. The club aims to provide these young engineers a platform to put forward their ideas, innovations and thought processes to the world. We encourage them to prove their talents in the challenging arenas in this world of technological progression. The students here also equip themselves with the necessary technical skills required for making them as exemplary engineers. The club promises to develop technically competent engineers in electronics and communication by organizing various activities and events that support the students to excel in their career.
The tagline of the club “Where innovation never ends…” symbolizes the continuing process of ‘learning and innovating’ at this club.
Project implementation always makes use of the latest and more advanced technologies for controlling equipment and devices. Thus, this aspect of the project provides a platform for students to learn the rapid and emerging technologies which enriches knowledge on renewing technology.
The project works accord the students to use what they have learned, and then to apply their skills on a particular real-time project. Hence, students are able to gain relative knowledge and enhance their skills with standard experimental techniques in both theoretical and practical aspects.
Tech events comprise ardent competitions, exhibitions, illuminating talks, quizzes, interactions, and many more that inspire the students to bring out their hidden talent.
The club has strengthened as the pillar of innovation and it provides students with technical learning and hands-on experiences on various types of equipment.
It helps the student to learn the concepts efficiently and gain some practical hands on experience along with real time experience.
Apart from this, workshop includes discussion, interaction, presentation and debate on a given topic, which further helps the students to come up with new ideas.
